Inhalation: Remove to fresh air
Eye Contact: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, get medical attention.
Skin Contact: Wash with soap and water
Ingestion: Not known. Seek immediate medical care when necessary.
Special Precautions/Procedures: Use good hygiene controls. Wash hands thoroughly after handling before eating or smoking.

Section 6: Accidental Release Measures
Spill or leak: This material is a semisolid. It will not spill or leak. If material is contaminated and can’t be used or chemically reprocessed dispose at an approved facility in accordance with any applicable regulations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
Section 7: Handling and Storage
Use good hygiene controls. Wash hands thoroughly after handling before eating or smoking.
Do not store around food stuffs.
Do not eat or smoke while handling material.
Store this material in a cool dark environment away from heat source.
Section 8: Exposure Controls/ Personal Protection
Ventilation: Provide general or local exhaust ventilation system to maintain air born concentrations below OSHA PELs. Local exhaust ventilation is preferred because in prevents contaminant dispersion into the work area by controlling it at its source.
Respiratory Protection: If ventilation is not adequate a chemical respirator may be used.
Protective Clothing/Equipment: Wear protective gloves to prevent prolong or repeated skin contact.
Comments: To prevent illness from exposure, never eat, drink or smoke in work area. Practice good personal hygiene after using this material, especially before eating, drinking, smoking, using the toilet, or applying cosmetics.
Section 9: Physical and Chemical Properties
Appearance: semi-solid putty like state
Color: Green
Odor: smells like a sterile doctor’s office or peroxide.
Section 10: Stability and Reactivity
Reactivity: This mixture is bound in a polymer matrix and the potential for hazardous reaction with other chemicals or material is minimal.
Chemical Stability: Stable under normal ambient temperature
Other: During polymerization (curing) formaldehyde fumes may form. It is recommended that this is product is used in an adequately ventilated environment or chemical respirator must be worn.
Section 11: Toxicological Information
Inhalation: This will only be a concern when curing the product at temperatures above 300°F (150°C). This product can generate formaldehyde at temperatures above 300°F (150°C). Formaldehyde is a skin and respiratory sensitizer, eye and throat irritant, acute toxicant and potential cancer hazard.
Chronic Effects: This product or one of its ingredients present at 0.1% or more is listed as a carcinogen or suspected carcinogen by NTP, IARC, or OSHA.

After the material is cured it is not known to pose harm to the environment. If it must be disposed of, cure first at the recommended temperature in accordance with the instructions. If product must be disposed of please contact us first to see if we can reclaim the material.
