Engineered in Akron, Ohio USA 'the polymer capital of the world.' Our mold rubber delivers controlled shrinkage, excellent cutting qualities, high tear resistance, elongation, excellent fill and detail reproduction. Because our formulations contain certain waxes, oils and antioxidants, your molds will enjoy many, many years of production life. Modern chemistry permits a uncured shelf life of 7 years or more with a finished shelf life of over 20 years.

42 Durometer, ideal for molds where extra firmness and minimal shrink is required. Great for large molds that need extra support. Good for belt buckles, large broaches or charms. Can be used in combination with Flex and Firm materials. Identified by gray color rubber with dark blue polyethylene cover.
